After a sojourn in Mexico, Eames became the partner of
Robert P. Walsh (1898-1964), who was the son of Robert
W. Walsh (1855-1928) of Widmann, Walsh & Boisselier,
and the grandson of Thomas Waryng Walsh (1827-1890),
one of the foremost architects of 19th-century St. Louis.
